  1. Supply and erect scaffolding to the front elevation.
  2. Supply and fit protective sheeting to all doors /windows, take down the rain water pipe and set-aside for re-use.
  3. Apply hydrofluoric brick acid to remove all dirt from masonry.
  4. Rake out the front elevation to the required depth, all reveals to be removed with multi tool, hose down the masonry removing all loose debris from joints.
  5. Re-point the front elevation to a neat finish using sand cement and waterproof admix.
  6. Clean all foot paths (including neighbours) door & windows.
  7. Labour materials & rubbish removed.
  8. Apply two coats of anthracite grey to the tiled bay, provide/replace broken/missing rosemary tiles to bat.
  9. Apply two coats of white masonry to the black upvc facia boards.
