  1. Supply and erect scaffolding to the rear elevation.
  2. Supply and fit protective sheeting to all doors & windows. Take down the rain water pipes and set aside for re-use.
  3. Rake out the rear elevation to the required depth, hose down all brickwork ensuring no debris is in the joints.
  4. Re-point the rear elevation to a neat finish using sand & cement with water proof admix.
  5. Clean all footpaths, windows door etc. including the neighbour’s property.
  6. Re-fit rain water pipes and cables neatly back to the wall.
  7. Labour materials & rubbish removed.
